Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

    December 4, 2019 by Kyle 4 Comments

These super yummy No Bake Hershey's Kiss Peanut Butter cookies require only 5 ingredients and are a delicious hit every time! You will not be able to eat just one!

I have been making these No Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies for nearly 35 years (yikes! That really makes me sound old!)

This is a no-bake cookie and a favorite of our family. Including only a few ingredients, it was simple for the kids to help with when they were young.

How to make these No-Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies:

    1. Unwrap the chocolate kisses and put them in a bowl.
    2. Measure out all ingredients making them readily available.
    3. Lay out parchment or wax paper on the counter. You will scoop the cookies onto the paper and they will cool there.
    4. Add the sugar and syrup to a large heavy pot and cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Take off the heat.
    5. Add the peanut butter and stir until completely combined.
    6. Add the cereal and stir.
    7. Using your spoon or cookie scoop, start scooping the cookie dough onto the paper.
    8. Add the chocolate kisses and form with your fingers.
These cookies require only these 5 ingredients, Hershey's Kisses, sugar, peanut butter, Karo syrup and Special K cereal.

These cookies are one of my son Wes' favorite treats! Grandma Gale indulges him with his own batch every Christmas. Lucky guy!

This is a fun cookie to make with young kids. The little hands can push the Kiss into the middle of the cookie. You can form the cookie around the Kiss (they are still quite warm at this point).

These peanut butter cookies are great for holiday cookie exchanges, wrapped up as a homemade gift, perfect care package sweets, or just to fill your cookie jar!

Make them ahead of time and freeze in a freezer bag or container for one to two months. Enjoy!

Hi Brenda, Yes, these cookies are super easy and you don't have to turn the oven on! And anything with a "Kiss" on top has to be good, right? Have a gr8 day!
