Bring together chocolate, pecans and bourbon and everyone will be your friend! This dessert is absolutely delightful and super easy to make. And, once I tasted it, I crossed Pecan Pie off on my list of foods that I don't like. Because of this Chocolate Pecan Bourbon Pie recipe, I'm a fan now!

You say you don't like pecan pie? Well, this Chocolate Pecan Bourbon Pie will change your ever lovin' mind, honey child! You will love this!

Maybe it's the addition of the chocolate and/or the bourbon (happy face!). You really don't need it, but adding some vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream makes this dessert complete perfection.
