Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl combine the two sugars, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper and salt.
Heat a frying pan on medium-low heat.
Add the olive oil and pecans.
Stir until pecans are coated and warm.
Remove from heat.
Add the sugar and spice mix to the pecans and toss until well coated.
Spread this mixture on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for a total of 13-15 minutes and halfway through baking give the pecans a good stir.
These are delicious served warm or at room temperature.
