Parmesan Garlic Butter
1stick (¼ pound)unsalted butter,, softened
⅓cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
2clovesfresh garlic,, minced
1Tablespoonfinely chopped fresh parsley
½teaspoondried basil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F or preheat grill.
Mix all ingredients above except the Parmesan Garlic Butter in a plastic freezer bag or non-reactive container until all the vegetables are well covered.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender. (If cooking on the grill then the cooking time will be less. Use a grill basket and toss the vegetables occasionally.)
When done, remove vegetables and place in a medium bowl.
Top with 1 Tablespoon of the Parmesan Garlic Butter.
Toss and serve immediately.
Parmesan Garlic Butter
Blend all the ingredients and store in refrigerator until ready to use.

The Parmesan Garlic Butter can also be used as a topping for grilled or roasted beef as well as a spread for making garlic bread.
