Paper Plane #2 Cocktail

The original ‘Paper Plane’ was created by New York bartender, Sam Ross.
I’m calling my version the #2 since I substituted one of the ingredients. Listed will be the original recipe with my substitution noted.

Notes

Gr8 notes:

I have also made this drink with rye whiskey with great results and perhaps a Scotch whisky may work as well. I think these ingredients invite some creative substitutions for varied flavor profiles. You can sub out Aperol for Campari and fresh lemon for orange juice, just to name a couple ideas.
