Instructions
Mango and Almond Overnight Oats
In a pint size jar or other container stir to combine the oats, salt, milk, yogurt, extract and honey and stir to combine.
Drop the mango on the top of the oat mixture and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats, fruit and nuts to combine and enjoy!
Blueberry Overnight Oats
In a pint size jar or other container stir to combine the oats, salt, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and agave.
Drop the blueberries on top of the oat mixture. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and fruit to combine and enjoy!

In a pint size jar or other container stir to combine the oats, salt, milk, cocoa, honey, and vanilla.
Drop the diced banana on the top of the oat mixture. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.

Notes
Gr8 Tips:
Do not use instant or steel-cut oats.
I use almond milk but any milk product will work.
Where I have indicated the milk measurement, of course feel free to add more or less.
If you don't want to add the yogurt (although I highly recommend it!) try adding ¾ - 1 cup of milk.
I use a pint size jar which many times is enough for two breakfasts. I eat what I want and put the lid back on and enjoy it again later or another day.
The oats are meant to be eaten cold but if you would rather eat warm oats, just pop them in the microwave.
